I think it is, worth watching that is. Try it out, and then see what you think. Don't bother watching the 1/2 hour where they boot someone off, that's pretty boring. But the episodes where they are actually competing, with different dance combinations is def worth it! Oh, and no, no Seacrest, but instead a pretty annoying woman. She looks like she's had so much "work" done...
