"Burrrrrr. Eat. OH!" -ad88

Handsome Hubby is obsessed. Since one opened near us last week, we ate it three times in four days. Burrrrrr. Eat. Ohhhhh, not so good...

My Favorite, of the Moment

My favorite song and video for the moment is this. I just think it's a surprisingly pretty song, and I love that there is really great dancing in the vid. Every time I watch, I get chills. I can't quite get enough of it.

Simply Boot-iful

I am too psyched about my NEW boots! They do not fit as wrinkly as one might think by looking at the pic - thankfully, since that was a real concern of mine. They are pretty much, right on.

My old knee-high black boots definitely needed an upgrade after having served me well for the past 5 years. I'd been searching for over a year for their replacement, and thankfully, Zappos came to my rescue! Have I mentioned how much I LOVE that website??? It's the best for anyone's shoe shopping needs.

Captivating Kauai

As promised, here are some more details about our Hawaii trip, including pics. The only adventure we didn't have time to tackle was the kayaking, but we'll just have to save that for next time. ;) We did get to go hiking, snorkeling, scuba diving, and surfing. We also made sure we had some good relaxing pool and beach time. It was simply amazing. I really don't think there are words to explain it... it was all that I had hoped for, and more. Oh, and yes, the Lava Flows lived up to their reputation! YUM!

The view from Hanalei Lookout:

Queen's Bath: Yup, we went snorkeling in that "pool" and it was awesome! Tons of lobster!

This is the trail down to Hideaways Beach: It was very steep, and the formed steps and railings ended right where they go out of sight in the picture, leaving tree roots and ropes to guide you down. Very interesting! But, it was worth it!

Wailua Falls: We took the trail down to the bottom of the falls too, and it was gorgeous!

Tons of fun scuba diving:

Even made some new friends! We met this one at about 60 feet below: Gnarly!

And I met this one at about 50 feet below: Whoa, dude! Ha ha!

Beautiful sunset from The Beach House Restaurant:

Obviously, I couldn't put all of the pics from our trip on here. But hopefully this will give a little taste of what our trip was like. Really, words and even pictures can't do it justice...
